Claude Dufresne has been practicing in labour law, at the service of employers, for more than thirty years. He also has extensive experience in industrial relations.
He distinguishes himself by his expertise in developing strategies to ensure the optimal efficiency of the workforce for the companies he represents.
In addition to advising clients in all areas of employment and labor relations, he regularly pleads before the Administrative Labor Tribunal, as well as before grievance arbitrators. and civil courts.
He also acts as legal counsel and spokesperson in the context of complex negotiations of collective agreements. His clientele is composed mainly of small, medium and large companies, that are unionized or not, in the private sector.
Claude also gives conferences and provides training on a variety of labor relations topics for a diversified clientele.
