Judith Séguin is a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke faculty of law. She was also awarded a Masters degree in biotechnology with a specialization in law. Me Séguin joined the ranks of Loranger Marcoux in 2018.
A native of the Ottawa region, Judith Séguin commenced the practice of law in 2014 with a law firm representing clients from both the private sector and public and broader public institutions, where she specialized in employment and labour relations. A passionate trial lawyer, she has represented clients before arbitration tribunals, the Tribunal Administratif du Travail and courts of general jurisdiction, including the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
She has also been selected to become part of Effet A, the Quebec programme designed to reinforce and empower the ambitions of professional women within the corporate environment. Deeply devoted to her community, Judith Séguin served as Vice-President of the board of directors at a palliative care facility and in the same capacity for a francophone theatre. In June 2016, she was elected Vice-President of the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce. Judith is a member of the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal. She is also a certified arbitrator with Tennis Canada.
