Kseniya is a graduate of the University of Montreal in Civil Law, with honourable mention. She also holds a degree in Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Her prior experience at a leading national law firm provided her with experience in large corporate transactions, where she assisted clients with employment law questions arising out of mergers and acquisitions matters.
As part of her practice, Kseniya advises employers in various industries on matters relating to hiring, termination of employment, labour standards, occupational health and safety, psychological harassment, and human rights. She is also called upon to review and analyze policies, collective bargaining agreements and employment contracts.
In addition, she is frequently consulted by employers on social media use and management issues.
Kseniya speaks fluent French, English, and Russian, in addition to speaking Spanish.
