Vincent Gingras, CIRC, is a lawyer in labour and employment law. As part of his practice, he assists clients and colleagues on matters relating to all aspects of employment law, labour relations and occupational health and safety, including the interpretation and application of employment contracts and collective agreements, the imposition of disciplinary measures, labour standards, human rights and potential remedies before courts, administrative bodies and grievance arbitrators.
Vincent is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at University of Montreal. During his studies, he also participated in the Chinese law summer program at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. Vincent also took part in a student exchange in Bologna, Italy where he gained knowledge of European law.
Before joining Loranger Marcoux LLP, Vincent completed is internship with the legal department of the CNESST (formerly known as the Labour Standards Commission) where he acquired valuable hands-on experience.
