We are pleased to announce the arrival of William Gagné, lawyer, to our team and more specifically to our occupational health and safety sector.
With his in-depth expertise in occupational health and safety, William will oversee this sector, working closely with our actual lawyers and professionals.
His arrival reinforces our commitment to supporting our clients with a wide range of occupational health and safety issues, from questions relating to the prevention and compensation of industrial accidents and occupational diseases, to issues relating to the charging of costs for work-related injuries. William also advises clients on the financing of the CNESST compensation scheme, as well as on criminal offences under the jurisdiction of the CNESST. His vision and expertise will enrich our existing practices, while respecting the dynamics and values that are the strength of our team.
