Béatrice Gaudet is currently a law student and holds a degree from HEC Montreal in Human Resources Management. Her education has provided her with a good understanding of the legal and organizational mechanisms that shape labor relations within companies.
Her background in human resources management and law has also enabled her to develop essential skills for collaborating on various mandates related to psychological harassment, pay equity, disability, and occupational health and safety.
Furthermore, since joining Loranger Marcoux in 2021, Béatrice has been actively involved in various employment law cases, whether they concern issues related to collective or individual labor relations, or the management of occupational health and safety matters.
