Federica is a graduate of HEC Montréal in Human Resources Management and a member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR). Passionate about labor relations and organizational conflict resolution, she pursued her studies by completing a Master degree in Dispute Prevention and Resolution at Sherbrooke University.
Prior to joining Loranger Marcoux, Federica acquired varied experience in key roles in human resources management. She started out as a generalist in a pharmaceutical company, before rising through the ranks as a human resources consultant and then director in the manufacturing sector. With eight years’ experience, she has mastered a wide range of human resources management issues.
Thanks to her corporate background, Federica understands the complex realities faced by our customers. This expertise enables her to propose solutions that are adapted, effective and in tune with their specific needs.
