Louise Fortin has more than 25 years of experience in human resources management. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in both manufacturing and corporate environments, which has enabled her to broaden her expertise and advise a wide range of clients.

Louise has held key roles in human resources management, labour relations, and occupational health and safety. Over the course of her career, Louise has distinguished herself through her ability to understand the business realities of the organizations she has worked for, allowing her to support them in making sound operational decisions. Over the past four years, she has served as Director, Talent & Culture, where she has particularly leveraged her coaching skills as well as her team management and engagement expertise.

Her in-house background, creativity, and hands-on experience allow her to provide our clients with practical and effective solutions, while adapting to each organization’s specific realities.
