Bénédicte Bergeron is a student at the École du Barreau du Québec, and a graduate of the Université de Montréal in both law and political science. Her academic background in the political and legal fields has allowed her to have a thorough understanding of the legislative processes that shape our legal framework.
Her studies in law and political science have given her the analytical understanding essential to interpreting labor laws in their political and social context. She is passionate about applying her theoretical knowledge to effectively resolve legal issues related to labor and employment.
Since joining Loranger Marcoux in 2023, Bénédicte has been assisting our clients with questions and issues relating to all aspects of employment law, collective and individual labour relations, as well as occupational health and safety.
