Maxime David

Maxime is a graduate of the School of criminology and the Faculty of law at the University of Montreal. During his studies, he discovered a clear interest in labor and employment law, which convinced him to pursue a career in this field. 

Before joining Loranger Marcoux, Maxime worked in a firm specializing in labour and disciplinary law. During this period, he managed a large volume of cases brought under the Act respecting collective agreement decrees. This gave him the opportunity to represent his clients’ interests both in civil and penal matters. Maxime has also devoted part of his practice to disciplinary law, acting in front of disciplinary councils. 

As part of our team, Maxime provides strategic advice and guidance relating to all aspects of employment law and labor relations, as well as occupational health and safety.
