Rosalie Gagnon graduated from University of Ottawa, where she distinguished herself by receiving the Gaston-Descôteaux Award for the highest grade in the labour law class. During her studies, she developed strong legal research and writing skills by working as a research assistant, conducting work in constitutional law and personal data protection, and contributing to the drafting of a doctrinal work as well as academic publications.
Rosalie also completed a joint master’s degree from Laval and University and the University of Bordeaux, during which she carried out a comparative study on freedom of expression. Her academic path further strengthened her interest in labour law, which she has cultivated since the beginning of her studies.
