Loranger Marcoux is delighted to announce the arrival of Louise Fortin to its team. Her arrival represents an important milestone in the strategic expansion of our department, which is experiencing sustained growth in order to respond accurately, and above all closely, to the needs of our clients.

With over 25 years of experience, Louise has worked in manufacturing and corporate environments, holding key roles in human resources management, labor relations, and health and safety. She has also served as Director of Talent & Culture, where she demonstrated her leadership, political savvy, and ability to mobilize and support managers in their decision-making.

With her arrival, our HR practice takes on even greater significance. We are now even better positioned to offer integrated support in areas such as labor relations, pay equity, HR outsourcing, HR diagnostics and structure, investigations, mediation, coaching, organizational development, and performance/​engagement strategies.
