She has also served as Director of Talent & Culture, where she demonstrated her leadership, political savvy, and ability to mobilize and support managers in their decision-making.
With her arrival, our HR practice takes on even greater significance. We are now even better positioned to offer integrated support in areas such as labor relations, pay equity, HR outsourcing, HR diagnostics and structure, investigations, mediation, coaching, organizational development, and performance/engagement strategies.
