Since being called to the Bar, Micheline Bouchard has practiced exclusively in the field of labour law, serving employers in the public, private and para-public sectors.

Micheline is also a member of the Association of Quebec Human Resource Professionals (CRHA). She has served on boards of directors of several cultural bodies and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Cancer Research Society.
For several years, she has been teaching the course on labour law and negotiations to aspiring law students completing their professional requirements at the Quebec Bar School. Micheline has also lectured at “École des relations industrielles” (Montreal University).
