Negotiation of Collective Agreements

Our team of lawyers is comprised of seasoned negotiators, whom can act as spokespersons at the negotiation table, or as strategic advisers to management representatives. 

Our negotiators are regularly involved in collective bargaining involving major issues on behalf of private and public sector corporate entities of all sizes. 

We advise our clients on negotiation strategies, interpret and draft collective agreements and assist in the management of pressure tactics such as strikes and lock-outs.

We also represent employers during arbitrations of first collective agreements or dispute arbitration, and within the context of extraordinary orders (e.g.: alleged interference with union activities, complaints of bad faith negotiation, safeguard measures etc.).
