Orélie B. Landreville practices exclusively in the areas of employment law and labour relations.
As part of her practice, she represents several municipalities, public and parapublic organizations, various private sector companies as well as non-profit organizations. She works both in collective labour relations and in non-unionized workplaces.
She provides our clients with strategic advice on restructuring, outsourcing, organization and human resources management. She also negotiates and drafts employment contracts, non-competition agreements, policies concerning working conditions and termination documents.
Orélie represents employers before judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings such as the Administrative Labour Tribunal (Tribunal administratif du travail), grievance adjudicators, human rights tribunals and common law courts, including as a part of judicial reviews and litigation pursuant to the Charter.
Orélie is distinguished by her determination and practicality. In collective labour relations, she favours an approach that is in the best interest of the company, while being concerned about safeguarding a respectful long-term relationship between the employer and the union.
